The M3 team consists of a group of diverse men (paid and volunteer) who feel called by God to fight for the hearts and lives of men — so that men can make a difference in their marriages, families and world.

The founding leaders of M3 are Scott Engelman and Mark Jackson.

Scott Engelman serves as the Director of Spiritual and Relational Development at Awakened Heart Ministries.  He also serves as the Director of Clinical Theology at Grace Counseling Center.  He holds a BA from Moody Bible Institute, a ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a MA from Colorado Christian University. Scott’s work with men and marriages comes out of the healing and change God has brought to his own masculine soul and marriage.

Mark Jackson - Mark’s passion is to help men win back their hearts for their wives and children. Mark has been leading men’s groups for over 10 years and is at the center of the M3 movement.  He is a true shepherd and ‘father to the fatherless’.  Mark also serves as director of the Golf division of Davey Tree Co.
